We sat down with Travel Presenter and legend Teigan Nash on all things content and social
We’re lucky enough to work with some of the most talented and creative legends in the game – whether it’s the creators, industry experts or brains behind the brands we partner with. To give them the spotlight they deserve, we’re launching a new series where we’ll sit down with one of these industry rockstars and chat about what they do, what’s happening in their world and how they’re making waves in their niche.
Kicking it off, we’re stoked to feature Teigan Nash, who we’ve had the pleasure of working with on everything from GoPro to White Claw, from the sunny shores of Fiji to the snowy mountains in Thredbo. Let’s dive in!
If our partnership was a movie, what would the title be?
Now and Then, because I’m so proud of Ed Ringwood. The trajectory of Two Palms Media, from where it began to where it is now, is incredible. It’s been such a wild ride and I’m happy to have been there “then” to “now”!
If you could have a superpower to help with work, what would it be and why?
Some of my favourite moments travelling have been hearing people’s stories, whether they’re from a small town or the big cities, they run their own businesses or work for someone. I love listening. Sometimes, these businesses might need help, and I wish my superpower could be giving back in a greater way to those who need it. I am a GoPro ambassador and I have given out my fair share of GoPro’s to different organisations and people on my travels.
What is the biggest failure/mistake you’ve ever made and how did you turn it into a positive?
I am not a huge fan of the word failure or mistake. I think there are times in life and in our careers where we definitely learn some tough lessons but we are all continually growing and learning as we go, no one is perfect. You just recognise and figure out how you can learn from those moments.
What’s your go-to karaoke song?
I am a big Missy Higgins fan! Always have been – it really takes me back to my youth!
What would people be surprised to know about you?
I have been working in this industry, predominantly as a presenter, for more than 10 years. I am continually up-skilling and learning. I believe pivoting is important and I am not afraid to ask or share my ideas. The worst someone can say is no. You only need one yes and someone to believe in you to help make your dreams come true.
