Manage the campaign “The Art of Protection” for ION Bike, to launch the new summer range of ION BIKE products for 2023. Additionally we were tasked to create engaging social media content for the @IONbike Instagram channel, take over community management to increase engagement, reach and channel follows throughout the campaign period.

The Insight

Like all great collaborative works of art, we worked hand in hand with ION through all stages of video production and shooting key studio still imagery, to deliver a range of launch and advertising assets that brings their new products to the level of ‘art’. The finished piece was a campaign that populated multiple digital and print channels with imagery that even Picasso might be proud of. On the social media account we were able to increase all organic KPIS and also create multiple reels that went viral organically, reaching 25x more than their current Bike followership, all within the 3 month campaign period.

What we did

We designed a multi angle capture plan that combined precision with creative storytelling. GoPro rigs were mounted to immerse viewers in Max’s perspective, long lens tracking delivered sweeping shots of his descent, and handheld work grounded the story with an authentic, energetic feel. From takeoff to touchdown, our crew choreographed each camera position to maximise coverage of the single pass. The result was a seamless visual narrative that conveyed both the danger and the exhilaration of the flight, ensuring Max’s dream moment lived on beyond the mountainside.
