Our Expectations of our Integrated Coordinator 

In your diverse role, which supports several core service functions of our business, you will be highly organised, resourceful, and possess a strong desire to support your colleagues. You have a positive, can-do attitude and are willing to learn – you are solutions-focused and will play an instrumental role in the team to deliver campaigns from start to finish that meet, but ideally exceed, client and internal expectations.

You will be managed by the Talent & Partnerships Director, as you will have core Talent & Partnership coordinator responsibilities week to week, but they will also guide and support you in your wider responsibilities that span across the business. 

 

The Bread & Butter of being our Integrated Coordinator 

  • Have a strong interest across all Two Palms disciplines and market sectors. 
  • Sharing competitor or creative campaigns you’ve seen executed well with our full team at Two Palms Media. 
  • Develop a full knowledge of our offering, vision and values; as well as a solid understanding of disciplines and industry to support your effectiveness within your role. 
  • Be organised, able to multitask, prioritise and work across multiple projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills via written and verbal communication.
  • Be adaptable to changing project priorities based on team and business needs. 

 

Day to Day Responsibilities 

These responsibilities are generated and set by your Manager weekly, and could include, but are not limited to: 

General
  • Supports senior team members in the information & research required for the brief or reverse brief
  • Supports senior members in pitch deck creation as required across all disciplines
  • Researching industry trends, competitor activities, and media opportunities to inform PR strategies and campaigns.
  • Questions discipline & integrated agency processes, and highlights more efficient or excellent deriving solutions or outcomes to manager
  • Promptly escalates issues observed and comes to managers with solutions for problems experienced

 

Talent & Partnerships:
  • Generate a list of qualified talent for senior team member review
  • Support senior team members in negotiating with talent and talent managers to deliver the best possible price for the best possible outcome for the business and campaign, or action yourself directly
  • Prepare talent agreements and talent briefing documents ensuring we are in line with the Australian Marketing Code and talent have a clear understanding of what’s expected of them to deliver best possible results
  • Coordinate the content execution including talent concept and content approval, ensuring that Talent Briefs are adhered to and the client feedback is being incorporated
  • Coordinate and implement seeding campaigns and ensure they are on budget, on time and on target.
  • Create campaign reports in line with key client metrics and KPI’s using the tools we have available to measure campaign success as well as undergo competitor analysis
  • Conduct research and draft presentations to contribute towards responses to brief and new business development opportunities.
  • General administration – updating budget trackers & travel coordination
  • Participate in Talent and Brand Partnership creative brainstorming coming up with ideas and identifying trends across social and activations to stay relevant and on brand

 

Social Media:
  • Social Community management – engaging with the community, responding, answering questions, and directing customer service inquiries to the relevant teams. Able to negotiate delicate situations with ease and circulate issues that arise efficiently.
  • Content Scheduling – supporting the Social team with scheduling of approved content calendars, across the various platforms via our scheduling tools. 
  • Caption support – where needed to support Senior Social Media Managers in building captions for various clients social posts. 
  • Participate in creative brainstorming coming up with ideas and identifying trends across social, advocacy & creative executions to stay relevant and on brand.
  • Coordinate send-outs for competition winners or product send-outs for various social media initiatives.

 

Public Relations:
  • Media Monitoring: Tracking media coverage related to the company or its industry, compiling press clippings, and preparing media monitoring reports.
  • Media List Management: Building and updating media contact lists, including journalists, bloggers, and influencers, to ensure effective outreach.
  • Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of events such as press conferences, product launches, or media briefings.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Product or Press Kit send out: coordinating the send out of Press Kits or sample requests for journalists. 
  • Reporting and Metrics: Assisting in the measurement and analysis of PR efforts through tracking metrics such as media impressions, website traffic, and social media engagement.
