Casa Chow is more than just a bar and restaurant. Not only was Casa Chow bringing Chifa cuisine to Brisbane, it was inspired by Managing Partner’s late wife who grew up eating Chifa in Peru.
To drive awareness, social buzz and venue bookings at launch, key food and lifestyle media and influencers were treated to an exclusive first look (and taste) of the bar and restaurant prior to opening. The party kicked off with the Managing Partners welcoming guests and sharing the inspiration behind Casa Chow followed by a colourful night of live music, cocktails and share plates filled with Chinese and Latin American flavours. Key VIPs such as stakeholders, partners and local government personnel were also invited to receive a first-hand experience of a unique, vibrant culinary experience being offered in Brisbane.
A comprehensive media relations strategy and press office were developed to complement the launch event and ensure there was widespread consumer awareness to align with the launch. Key Press Office activity included press release development and distribution, proactive pitching, media request facilitation and hosting media/influencers unable to attend launch.
